This is great! But I’m realizing more and more that I have a problem with these titles. “Flat abs in 5 minutes!” Okay, we know that this means a 5-minute routine that will eventually result in flat abs over a period of repeated use. But I feel like it still triggers something in our minds that make us want instant results right after those 5 minutes. I don’t know, I think I’m just getting analytic today. Ignore me. :-P
